DESCRIPTION:

For anyone who wishes to bring more prayer into his or her life, listening to this audio every day is an ideal way to start.  On Side 1, the customary daily prayers are augmented by Psalms, prayers and hymns from Matins, Vespers, the Hours and other sources, arranged in three approximately 10-minute segments for Morning, Mid-Day and Evening. 

Side 2 features the Annunciation Akathist to the BirthgiverofGod, one of the most popular Orthodox devotional hymns, whose beautiful poetic imagery has touched people's hearts for centuries. Side 2 also includes My Soul magnifies the Lord (Magnificat)

This cassette is packaged in the customary way - in a clear, hard-plastic box, with a beige "J" card with an icon of the Kazan Mother of God (a contemporary Russian icon) on the cover, and notes on the inside flap.
